These Terms govern the text-messaging service operated by JF Strategic Advisors LLC ("we," "us") on behalf of our business clients ("Clients"). They apply to your use of the messaging service if you choose to use it. Texting is always optional: you can contact any Client by phone or email instead, and agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of receiving any service, treatment, appointment, or purchase.
STOP to
unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for
delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any
purchase.
We provide AI-assisted messaging that answers questions, schedules and confirms appointments, sends reminders, and escalates urgent matters to the Client's staff. The service supplements, and does not replace, the Client's staff and judgment. It does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or professional advice. In an emergency, call 911 or your provider directly.
Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. We may suspend access for misuse.
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The AI may occasionally produce errors; rely on confirmations from the Client's staff for anything critical.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
