Privacy Policy
JF Strategic Advisors LLC ("we," "us") provides AI-assisted text-messaging and appointment-scheduling software for small businesses ("Clients"). We are not currently accepting healthcare, dental or other clients who would require us to handle protected health information. This policy explains how we handle information, including SMS/text messaging.
We will not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to operate the messaging service on behalf of the Client you contacted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply

Information we process
On behalf of our Clients, we process: your mobile number, the content of messages you send and receive, and appointment-related details (e.g., service requested, date/time). If we ever serve a healthcare Client, this could include Protected Health Information (PHI). We are not doing so today, as stated above.
How we use it
Solely to provide the messaging/scheduling service for the Client you are communicating with: answering questions, scheduling and confirming appointments, sending reminders, and escalating urgent matters to the Client's staff. We do not use your information for our own marketing, and we do not use your messages to train AI models.
HIPAA
We are not currently processing PHI for any Client. If we ever do, we would act as a Business Associate of the Client (the Covered Entity) under HIPAA, we would execute a Business Associate Agreement with that Client, and we would confirm one is in place with every subprocessor in the path, before any PHI is processed. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is isolated per Client.
This website
Separately from the messaging service above, this website collects the following:
- Contact form. If you submit the form, we receive what you type into it (such as your name, email address, and message) and it is emailed to us. We use it only to reply to you.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard server request data such as IP address and browser type in order to serve the page.
- No advertising or analytics trackers. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies on this site, and we do not sell or share website data.
Sharing
We share information only with the relevant Client and with infrastructure subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting and telephony) that are bound by confidentiality obligations. Our cloud infrastructure and AI provider operates under an executed Business Associate Agreement. We do not represent that every subprocessor is currently under a Business Associate Agreement, and we will not process protected health information through any subprocessor that is not. We never sell your data, and we never share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention & security
We retain information only as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption and access controls.
