JF Strategic Advisors LLC ("we," "us") provides AI-assisted text-messaging and appointment-scheduling software to healthcare and other businesses ("Clients"). This policy explains how we handle information, including SMS/text messaging.

On behalf of our Clients, we process: your mobile number, the content of messages you send and receive, and appointment-related details (e.g., service requested, date/time). For healthcare Clients this may include Protected Health Information (PHI).
Solely to provide the messaging/scheduling service for the Client you are communicating with — answering questions, scheduling and confirming appointments, sending reminders, and escalating urgent matters to the Client's staff. We do not use your information for our own marketing.
Where we process PHI, we act as a Business Associate of the Client (the Covered Entity) under HIPAA, and we enter a Business Associate Agreement with each such Client before processing PHI. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is isolated per Client.
We share information only with the relevant Client and with infrastructure subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting and telephony) that are bound by confidentiality and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements. We never sell your data, and we never share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

We retain information only as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption and access controls.
