Why I started JF Strategic Advisors.
For years, my job has been to take advanced AI and data systems and make them actually work inside some of the largest companies in the country — embedded with their teams, standing the technology up in their own cloud environments where the real work happens. It's the kind of enterprise-grade engineering that big companies pay whole teams to pull off.
That work taught me something that stuck with me: the AI capable of transforming a business isn't magic, and it isn't only for the Fortune 100. The difference is that large companies have teams of engineers to build it, budgets to fund it, and specialists to keep it running. A dental office, a med-spa, or a local services business has none of that — even though they're drowning in exactly the kind of repetitive, manual work that AI handles best.

So I built it.
