I'm Josh. I build AI tools for local businesses.
By day, I build and deploy AI inside some of the largest companies in the country. On the side, I do the same kind of work for the business down the street in Ambler, PA.
Why I started JF Strategic Advisors.
My day job is building AI systems for large companies, the kind that pay whole teams of engineers to stand this stuff up properly. I spend my weeks in that world.
What that job taught me is that the AI capable of changing how a business runs isn't magic, and it isn't reserved for big companies either. The real difference is that large companies have the engineers and budget to build it. A salon, a cafe, a contractor's office, doesn't have that, even though they're often drowning in exactly the kind of repetitive, manual work AI is good at.
If it's repetitive and it eats your week, there's a decent chance AI can take it off your plate. I want to find out, honestly, whether that's true for your business.
So I started building it on the side. The first thing I shipped was an AI receptionist: it answers customer texts, books real appointments, and hands off to a real person the second something needs one. It runs on a business's existing phone number, day and night. It's proof of the bigger idea: if something in your week is repetitive, I can probably build something that takes it off your hands.
When you work with me, you work with the person who actually builds and runs the thing, not a sales rep, not a support queue. If it breaks, you call me and I fix it.
One person, doing real engineering, priced for a small business.
Real engineering standards
The same care I apply building AI for large companies, applied to a build that costs a fraction of what that normally takes.
Direct access
You talk to the person who builds and runs your system. No account managers, no ticket queue, no hand-offs.
Honest about fit
If AI isn't the right tool for what you're describing, I'll say so at the walkthrough, before you've spent anything.
The experience behind the work.
Hands-on, in production
I stand AI and data systems up inside big companies, in their own environments, where it has to actually work, not in a slide deck.
Cloud & data engineering
Years leading cloud and data-platform work at large scale. The same habits carry over to a small build for a local shop.
Modern AI stack
Hands-on with today's AI tooling, building working systems, not demos that fall apart outside a slide deck.
Engineering and the business side
A software background paired with an eye on how a business actually runs day to day, so what I build maps to something real.
